The University of Labour (UoL) offers bachelor and master programmes always with an employee-oriented management perspective and an excellent integration of theory and practice.
The Academy of Labour (AoL) offers further education programs tailored to the needs of our partners and always with an employee-oriented management perspective.
The Europäische Akademie der Arbeit (EAdA) at the University of Frankfurt with its rich history of almost 100 years of employee-oriented education and research is the oldest pillar of the House of Labour.
The House of Labour in Frankfurt/Main consists of three pillars: the traditional Europäische Akademie der Arbeit with its 11-months full-time program and socio-political research projects, the younger Academy of Labour and the 2021 founded University of Labour. The University of Labour and Academy of Labour offer Bachelor- and Master programs as well as certificate courses and seminars. We are thus breaking new ground in order to better integrate employee-oriented education and research into the higher education landscape in Germany and Europe. We empower employees with an excellent academic degree even without the need for a formal university entrance qualification.
